The acceptance fee and the payment details of the Federal Polytechnic Offa for the 2018/2019 meeting are available. This is the acceptance fee for newly admitted students (ND, HND (full time and part time), IJMB and Degree).

For reasons of clarity, the acceptance fee applies to candidates who have been admitted to the ND, HND, IJMB and Degree programs for the academic session 2018/2019.

The payment of the OFFAPOLY acceptance fee indicates that you are interested in the admission offer. Students should make sure their names are on the OFFAPOLY Allow List before payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee.

All approved candidates are advised to follow the following procedure to pay the acceptance fee.

Admission Fee and Payment Procedure of Federal Polytechnic Offa for Academic Meeting 2018/2019

Acceptance fee for Offa Poly: N20,000 (only twenty thousand naira) for grad. N15,000 (only fifteen thousand naira) for ND (both full-time and part-time) and HND (full-time). N10,000 (only ten thousand naira) for IJMB.

All accredited candidates are recommended to follow the following procedure to pay the acceptance fee:

(i) Accept the Acceptance Fee equal to the above amount when using an Inter-Switch compatible ATM card, print the receipt online and change to the official receipt.

(ii) Print the letter of admission online and submit it to the Admissions Office for signature on the main campus. (Applicants must bring the original copies of their certificates / results).

Please note that this process must be completed by:

  • Degree: January 31, 2019 (for 1st and 2nd games).
  • HND full time: February 28, 2019 (for the 1st and 2nd game).
  • ND part time: February 28, 2019 (for 1st, 2nd and 3rd game).
  • Full time ND: February 28, 2019 (for 1st, 2nd and 3rd game).
  • IJMB: February 28, 2019 (for the first batch)

Applicants who have not completed the procedure by this date will lose the admission offer.
